We had a great experience with Offsite Storage. We just moved in state and needed a storage unit for a month. They had clean units, were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They even offered to help unload furniture if we needed help. Thank you Offsite!

We had a problem with the lock on our unit. It was totally our issue, not theirs, but they still took the time to come and help us get it resolved. Very professional and responsive. We definitely recommend them!

We forgot the key to our unit and were hours away from where the key was. We called a locksmith (who could not open the lock 🤣🤣🤣) but the company owner was so generous enough to take the time out of their day to help us get the lock open and were so very kind to us! They ensured we were the owners of the unit first of course! I would highly recommend them! The units were clean and the grounds well maintained. The unit was easily accessible! I would definitely use them again!
